Our clients are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Receptionist / PR Assistant “we want someone who is smart, professional, articulate, friendly, bubbly, above all else full of life to greet the guests and make them all feel welcome”
Essential Skills
Applicants must be organised and well presented with excellent spoken and written English. You will already have gained experience within the Hospitality or PR Sector and are fully aware of business relationships
This position
- Responsible for consistently keeping the customer at the centre of everything
- Helpful and courteous when dealing with customers.
- Greeting customers upon arrival in the Multi Award Winning Restaurant
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards;-Anticipate and address guests
- Raising the company profile through good management and successful promotions
- Co-ordinating of events for both internal parties
- General office duties of answering the phone, reception, meeting support
- Responsible for the intake of payment for services.
- Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and full organisation of the reception area
- Taking care of all monetary transactions.
The Hours of Work, Holidays, Salary
- Salary £14,800
- 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Working Hours 10.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday (Rotating Weekend Shift)
