Our clients are seeking an experienced organised Administrator with superb IT skills to join their expanding company based in Cumbria.
This is a varied role, you will be dealing will all aspects of individual life/pensions/investment business.
Key Responsibilities
· Processing new business from obtaining initial quotations, checking and sending off application forms, monitoring and chasing all outstanding items, right through to issuing policy documentation on completion.
· Preparing client valuations which involves gathering details of client holdings and updating the 1st Software database accordingly.
· Close communication (both verbal and written) with internal Consultants, insurance companies/ providers and clients.
· Making up and maintaining client files.
· Maintaining 1st Software records.
· Assisting with any tasks arising within the administration department such as mailshots/special products.
Candidate Skills
Experience of working in an administrative capacity.
The ability to work using your own initiative and manage priorities.
Have a superb eye for detail.
Superb IT Skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, Knowedge of 1st Software would be ideal.
Keen to learn and keen to progress.
Salary & Package
Salary £17,000 per annum (Upon Experience)
