My large national client, is looking to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator to work within the marketing department.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of the intrnet quotation system as well as customer registration on our Extranet. You will be responsible for the production of customer & prospect data for use by the whole sales force and monitoring & reporting customer satisfaction questionnaires, along with archiving and referencing of Key Account quotes.
To succeed in this role you will need to be a team player, highly organised and have excellent administrative and communication skills. You will be liaising with individuals at all levels, both across the business and externally, so you will need to have the assetiveness and professionalism to develop lasting business relationships. PC Literacy, including an excellent working knowledge of MS Word and Excel are required. |
