| Job Title: Workshop Controller - Motor Trade Job Banbury |
| Description |
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join this well established and busy motor trade dealership based in Banbury.
This position will suit an enthusiastic individual with workshop control experience who enjoys a busy role. Knowledge of the Kerridge system will be an advantage. The ideal candidate must have worked previously in a workshop control position and have good organisational and man management skills as well as having a “hands on” approach.
Responsibilities include:
• Delegating workloads to productive staff in a workshop. • Supervising Technicians • Extensive liaison with Service Department to ensure smooth running of all jobs carried out to the dealerships standard. • Liaising with and assisting Technicians • Ensuring WIP’s deadlines are met and carried out in a cost effective manner. • Gaining authorisation from customers to carry out additional work. • Adhering to company’s Health and Safety regulations to prevent accidents within the workplace
