| Job Title: Project Support Coordinator |
| Description |
Our client, a large national company is looking to recruit a Project Support Coordinator.
Duties will include: Outbound cold calling in line with objectives set for specific campaigns Providing general admin support to the project teams (i.e. letters, creating charts, tenders etc) Customer service process management Reporting in line with requirements from Director of Marketing and or relevant project team. Data Entry of information on to bespoke databases on a daily basis Timely communication of information to relevant project teams Campaign Management Proactive research on specific customers as required and follow through to sub-contractors where necessary Production of bespoke quotations in line with requirements Sending out literature and following customer contact all the way through to a sale
Candidates will have:
At least two years experience in a customer service role. Excellent Customer Service skills. Working knowledge of MS Office products (predominately Ms Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access). Working closely with both marketing, sales, business development and operational teams.
