Job Title: Branch Manager/Maidstone
Description
Our Client is an vibrant and forward looking company in the national world of Recruitment and is looking for a dynamic, self motivated and experienced Branch Manager, for an established office in Maidstone. The right candidate will have industry knowledge of any recruitment discipline, with the drive and ambition to push the branch forward from an established client base, leading the team with fortitude and resilience. We are looking for someone with a desire to maximize your career potential as well as the profitability of the branch Job Description Achieve minimum standards personally and as a branch. Ensure that all staff are fully aware and adhere to company standards as regards attendance, discipline and conduct. To monitor branch performance against budget taking corrective action where appropriate. To keep branch overheads to a minimum. Ensure that all branch systems and procedures are up to date and adhere to company procedures. Ensure that all staff are set targets and objectives, linked to the branch targets and objectives that are reviewed monthly. Daily analysis (and reporting) of the branch and individual staff performance. To set up and carry out development plans for all staff within the branch. To attend company training and meetings as required. To hold regular staff reviews with a formal appraisal after three months service. To carry out the majority of sales presentations to potential customers. To ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to all applicable legislation to include the Health & Safety at Work Act, Employment Agencies Act, Equal Opportunities Act and the Disability Discrimination Act as well as General Employment Law. To maintain the motivation of the branch. To seek out new opportunities for business development. Salary £22-£25K plus commision structure.
