| Job Title: Trainee Parts Advisor - Motor Trade Job Essex |
| Description |
Our client requires a Parts Advisor to work for a main car dealership in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with mechanical experience/knowledge to make the next step in their career and work in a main dealership. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team along with mechanical knowledge (would suit someone who has worked within the motor trade/parts company e.g. Halfords or holds a mechanical qualification.
Typical day-to-day tasks include:
• dealing with customers or mechanics, taking orders in person, over the phone and via email
• checking availability of parts on computerised stock records
• getting parts from the storeroom or warehouse or, if out of stock, ordering parts from suppliers
• putting orders together, booking couriers and sometimes making deliveries
• dealing with payments
MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE
