| Job Title: Service Administrator Motor Trade Job |
| Description |
This successful and professional company based in Essex requires a Service Administrator to work within their busy but friendly Service Department.
This position is primarily a marketing role and your main responsibility will be :
Mail Merge, CSI download and checking, covering the service desk when required, writing up job cards, extracting data, producing marketing data/ideas, data cleansing, loan car spreadsheets, clock cards, technicians time sheets, plus many more administration duties.
You will have excellent knowledge of mail merge, Word and Excel.
You will need to have a flair for marketing and be able to think up idea's of how to gain new business for the service department, working closely with the Service Manager.
This is a varied role that will suit somebody with a keen eye for detail.
You must have a stable work history, be flexible and extremely keen!
This will be a very busy position with lots of variety where you will be responsible for ensuring targets are carried out and all deadlines are being met whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
Experience within a service environment is preferred.
