The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
Liaising with clients to close deals.
Walking candidates through the process to ensure they perform.
Sourcing new clients from cold and warm leads.
Negotiating terms and conditions.
Sourcing candidates from our company database.
Building Job Specifications.
The Person - The ideal candidate will bring with them/be:
Client and Customer facing telesales background.
Determined and self Driven.
Show passion for learning and skill building.
Results driven.
Ability to cope well under pressure.
Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines and targets.
Recruitment experience is an advantage.
The Package What you could earn:
Basic Salary £14,000 - £18,000 Depending on experience.
This position carries a very desirable OTE of £100,000 uncapped commission.
