| Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk, High Wycombe |

The Company - Our Client: Our client is a well known face in the sports industry they are currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.
The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Coding of supplier invoices • Input of invoices to Exchequer accounting system • Distribute for authorisation in lines with board-approved limits of authority • Ensure timely return of invoices • Pass on system as approved for payment • Prepare payment runs (bi-monthly) • Reconciliation of supplier statements • Other ad-hoc activities as required
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: • High level of accuracy. • Able to work to tight deadlines • Able to work on own and prioritise workload • Good level of literacy • Experience of Exchequer advantageous (not essential) • Quick with keying
Competencies: • Organisation and planning • Communication skills. Written and verbal. • Customer Focus / Service • Team Player • Self Motivation
The Package – What you could earn: • Basic salary £18,000
