The Company - Our Client: Our Client is an established, dynamic and innovative estate agency looking for an experienced Lettings Manager based in Stamford.
The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Day to day running and organisation of lettings operations. • Management, maintaining, creating and developing of the business. • New business development. • Effective communication, motivating and training the staff so their potential is achieved and the business is driven forward and developed • Be aware and react to the local market conditions and requirements and the needs of the area • Must ensure the quality of service to all customers is maintained and to constantly strive to build for the future • Ensure a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient attitude is maintained when dealing with the public, face-to-face over the telephone so as to enhance the professional image of the company and provide a high quality of service.
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: • Previous experience in lettings management • ARLA • Full driving licence • Computer literacy • Outgoing personality • Drive and determination
The Package – What You Could Earn: • Basic salary £18,000 - £22,000 • Commission • Holiday
