Our Client is an established, dynamic and innovative estate agency business based in Basingstoke. They are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to be a part of their forward thinking team.
The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Secure new business
• Carrying out market appraisals & winning new instruction business
• Delivering high customer service
• Maintain the professional and reputable image of the company
• Proactively book viewings as well as dealing with valuation requests
• Accompany applicants on property viewings
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
• Must have a proven track record in estate agency
• Excellent telephone and communicational manner essential
• Smart appearance also essential
• Knowlegde of the local area an advantage
The Package – What You Could Earn:
• Basic Negotiable + Commission
