My client is one of the largest online recruitment and print media organisations in Britain. This fast growing company offers a huge portfolio of brands in many industry sectors and operate from a strong position in various online and print recruitment marketplaces with ambitious expansion plans.
This role is office based however depending on what product you are working on external meeting would be required. You must be experienced and comfortable presenting to C level clients.
Minimum 3 Years ONLINE media sales experience essential and recruitment media preferable.
Duties
Develop excellent relationships with Key clients and new clients through establishing detailed needs analysis whilst up selling and maximising revenue potential.
Sell online recruitment solutions across all the companies brands.
To be main point of contact for key clients
To gain a full understanding of the market and keep up with the evolving conditions and competitors offerings.
To be entrepreneurial in business development regarding individual accounts in-line with the individual clients strategy and requirements.
To consistently focus on gaining new business by gaining quality leads and working well with in KPI's
Qualities
Excellent client facing and telephone skills
Proven track record of working within this type of target driven arena and excelling.
Thorough understanding of UK online media solutions
