Expedient Recruitment Consultancy have the perfect opportunity to become self-employed within the recruitment industry, specialising in OIL and GAS or a related sector. If you have good working knowledge of your sector and you want to specialise in that sector, this could be the opportunity for you.
Expedeint Recruitment Consultancy are seeking a talented individual to work from home . You get to keep 70% to 90% of your fee income as a self employed recruiter. Just think how this compares to your basic and commission at the moment. You can typically earn two or three times as much as you are at the moment by choosing to work underneath the Expedient Recruitment Brand and use our help and expertise to get your business off the ground. We have a fledgling oil and gas desk which needs an experienced recruiter to develop. We have thousands of candidates on our system and many hundreds of lapsed or potential clients.
The Role
You will have you own sector and specialism within the company.
There will be full phone and admin support.
You will be provided with a full Licence to access our client and candidate database.
We will provide all back up support you need to recruit successfully i.e. full access to our online advertising job boards and media channels to attract the right candidates for your vacancies.
Referrals in your sector will be passed.
Cover if you are not available.
High earning potential.
The ideal candidate will have the following:-
Have a good working knowledge of the sector.
Be able to sell on own initiative.
An ability to manage candidate and client process.
Well presented and professional with excellent presentation skills.
Highly driven, enthusiastic and energetic with the motivation to succeed.
Ability to work well with a supportive and friendly team (remote).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build new and long term relationships.
