THE DEAL
The first 3 months you work as an associate recruiter (Self Employed) =
You get to keep between 70% -90% of your fee income.
After the probation period we offer Full Time Permanent Status with an Exceptional remuneration package =
Basic Salary
28 days holiday
Laptop
Mobile - £30 P/M
Broadband costs paid
VOIP Business Landline (all landlines free to 15 countries)
Commission Structure -
£1,500 - £9,999 - 55%
£9,999 - £19,999 - 65%
£20,000 + - 75%

We will consider recruiters with 2 or more years experience from any industry sector.The ideal candidate will have the following:
*Have a good working knowledge of the sector.
* Be able to sell and work on own initiative.
* An ability to manage candidate and client process.
* Well presented and professional with excellent presentation skills.
* Highly driven, enthusiastic and energetic with the motivation to succeed.
*Ability to work well with a supportive and friendly team (remote).
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build new and long term relationships.
