Our Client based in Manchester is currently seeking a Full time Customer Services Assistant to join their large fun and friendly Team.
This exciting opportunity will find you involved with the enquiries relation to bookings / orders/ payments.
Reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Accuracy, attention to detail and good telephone manner are essential.
As the successful candidate you will be from a customer service / administrative / sales / travel / hospitality background and will have excellent customer service skills coupled with a good level of IT literacy and excellent data entry skills.
Salary circa £18000 + Training
Rotating shift pattern calculated at 37 ½ hours per week
Office hours 8.00am-10.00pm
