The Company - Our Client:
Our Client is an established, dynamic and innovative estate agency business based in Milton Keynes. They are currently looking for a Mortgage Consultant to be a part of their forward thinking team
The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Finding out about your client's finances
• Explaining about different types of mortgages
• Offering a number of mortgages for the client to choose from
• Helping the customer complete the mortgage application
• Explaining about repayments and mortgage protection
• Meeting sales targets
• Keeping up to date with new mortgage products and any changes in the law
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
• Must be CeMap 1,2,3 qualified
• Experience as a Mortgage Consultant
• Must have a full UK driving license and use of own vehicle
• You will have a proven track record as a mortgage Consultant with excellent on target figures
• Ability to work using own initiative, but under strictly controlled centralised diary system
• Massive energy, enthusiasm and excitement
• Smart, professional neat appearance
The Package – What You Could Earn:
• Basic salary up to £20,000
• OTE £28,000 - £38,000
• Holiday
• Pension
