| Job Title: Service Administrator Motor Trade Job |

Part time 9.30 - 3pm Monday - Friday
This successful and professional company based in Peterborough requires a Service Administrator to work within their busy but friendly Service Department.
Your main responsibility will be :
Mail Merge, CSI download and checking, covering the service desk when required, writing up job cards, extracting data, producing marketing data/ideas, data cleansing, loan car spreadsheets, clock cards, technicians time sheets, plus many more administration duties.
You will have excellent knowledge of computer systems, Word and Excel included.
This is a varied role that will suit somebody with a keen eye for detail.
You must have a stable work history, be flexible and extremely keen!
This will be a very busy position with lots of variety where you will be responsible for ensuring targets are carried out and all deadlines are being met whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
Experience within a service environment is preferred.
