The Company - Our Client:
Our client is a firm of Law Costs Draftsmen based in Manchester, looking for an experienced Law Costs Draftsmen to join their expanding team.
The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deal with solicitors' files across a range of disciplines
• Prepare costs claims for submission to opposing solicitors or the courts
• Personal injury, care, matrimonial, civil litigation, industrial deafness/disease
• Prepare Points of Dispute and replies etc…
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
• Must be a member of the Association of Law Cost Draftsmen (ALCD accredited)
• Minimum 3 Years experience
• Good team player
• Hard working
• Client focused with the ability to work to tight times
The Package – What You Could Earn:
• Basic salary £20,000 - £25,000
