The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload
Dealing with a range of claimant industrial disease matters in a specialist department
Cases arising from mesothelioma, asbestosis, pleural plaques, dermatitis, industrial asthma and other occupational disease matters
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
1 - 8 years post qualification experience
Track record of specialising in claimant industrial disease
You must have very strong litigation experience
Must have a genuine desire and enthusiasm to do specialist industrial disease work.
