As a UK reservation agent you will be responsible for handling reservation duties. As a customer service advisor you have to deal with customers via email, fax, or on the phone. We welcome anyone from a hotel, restaurant, airline, travel agency or a customer service background
To apply for the post of UK reservation agent, you should have excellent communication as well as written skills. You should also be people-orientated.
Reservation Agent skills & duties
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated time management abilities.
• Strong ability to reason and use strong judgment skills.
• Exceptionally detail and multi-task oriented.
• Ongoing leadership abilities.
• Responsible for processing reservations by phone, email
• Accepting and keeping records of advanced deposits on reservations.
• Cooperate with the group of sales managers
• Promote products and services on behalf of the company
• Use correct procedures to amend or cancel reservations.
• Coordinating groups in block reservations.
• Processing and filling paperwork correctly.
• Handling customer concerns in a courteous professional manner
• Executing strong customer service abilities.
• Responsible for all other duties assigned.
There is a rotating shift pattern in place every 4 weeks as office hours are 8.00am - 10.00pm Business Needs
Excellent earning potential OTE £35.000
Basic salary + paid training
City centre location
