The Company - Our Client: Our client is a leading edge Tier 1 internet and telephony solutions company, providing organisations with advanced, feature rich services. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager to be based from their offices in Hampshire.
The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Management of the sales / account management team and supporting administrative duties • Delivering key performance targets and identifying trends, recommending improvements to the Senior Management Team where appropriate • Working to achieve individual and team objectives driven out of requirements set by the Commercial Director and the Senior Management Team • Participating in Management Team activities including performance monitoring and tracking of your department and presenting the information to the other members of the management team. • Training and coaching of account managers from initial induction through to ongoing development, new products and services and refresher training as required by the business • Pre-sales technical support • Keep abreast of developments within the industry in general
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: • Management of a team in a target based environment, including use of daily, weekly and monthly key performance Indicators • Experience in generating and maintaining motivation and a focused environment through a variety of innovative methods • Ability to prioritise own and team workload • Experience in telephone and face to face sales • Administration via commercial and bespoke software systems and applications • Understanding of the wholesale ISP reseller channel • Understanding of the range of connectivity products and services
The Package – What You Could Earn: • Up to £35,000 basic salary • 28 days holiday • Company benefits
