Job Title: Vehicle Technician, Motor Trade, Watford
Description
The Company - Our Client:
Our client fully opened its doors for business 1st October 2007. The three-acre site with a 20-bay workshop, 16-car showroom and a 70-strong used car display, makes it the one of the largest Audi centres in the UK.

The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out diagnosis, repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification, ensuring that vehicles are protected from spoil using supplied vehicle protection equipment at all times.
• Ensure that the relevant additional work reports (vehicle health review etc) are completed where applicable.
• Where applicable, road test vehicles after servicing to ensure satisfactory running order.
• Through the use of diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectified. Meet with customers to identify and clearly understand problems as and when required.
• Complete relevant service documentation, including job sheets and service reports in line with Quality Standards, Warranty and Audi Centre Requirements.

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years of working within motor vehicle workshop after completing apprenticeship
• Experience within a prestige motor environment
• Experience of working in a fault diagnostic environment
• Relevant technical qualifications (BTEC, City and Guilds, National Craftsman)
• Good customer service and communication skills

The Package – What You Could Earn:
• Basic of up to £25,000
• Additional Bonus structure (£7,000)
• Minimum of 28 days holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
