The Company - Our Client: Our client is a profitable, cash rich, high-growth, UK-based software company seeking talented and hungry sales executives.
Successful applicants will have a combination of presenting and listening skills, and be highly motivated to achieve targets. Systems Engineers wishing to transition to sales will be strongly considered for the position
The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities: • As a Sales Executive you will be required to develop opportunities, demonstrate, advise on, promote and sell our clients software • High-level management of customer expectations and ability to adhere to tight deadlines is essential • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through prospecting for new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers • Maintain relevant data within their sales force automation tool by recording all significant sales activity for each account or opportunity • Weekly Sales forecasts must also be maintained in an accurate and timely fashion
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: • Either a significant sales record in the enterprise software market, or will have spent a number of years in a customer-facing technical role, with a desire to move into sales. • Strong negotiating skills. • Have demonstrated ability to sell software solutions across multiple groups in an organization • Must have successfully sold to and maintained relationships with C-Level executives • BA or BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent from a top university required, 2;1 or above • Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to support heavy travel requirements are essential.
