| Job Title: Special Services Manager, Transport & Logistics, Aberdeen |

The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead, motivate and empower staff, through effective and open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and teambuilding, in order to maximise customer satisfaction, business results, employees’ satisfaction and team productivity and ensure KPIs and personal objectives are achieved • Conduct regular review meetings to assess team performance and progress against business plans • Ensure there is the relevant level of Special Services product awareness across all functions within designated depot • Maximise revenue opportunities in the Depot Geographical area and to manage internal and external customers’ relationships in order to achieve the SpS strategic goals. • Implement and monitor internal processes and procedures in order to maximise efficiency and costs • Analyse data and provide accurate and timely reports to senior management in order to review and monitor the strategy implementation. • Comply with internal policies and procedures in order to ensure consistency across the Division.
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: • International express or logistics industry background • Strong market sector knowledge / awareness, including supply chain structures, developments and requirements • Management experience within a sales environment • Proven track record of achieving targets and KPI’s (personal and team)
The Package – What You Could Earn: • Basic salary £26,000 • Commission (£16,800 OTE) • Fully expensed company car • Health care • Pension • Minimum of 28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
