| Dutch speaking Telesales Executive Manchester £12,500 + OTE £42,000
Fantastic opportunities have arisen in Manchester City Centre for lively and charismatic Dutch speaking Telesales Advisors to join our clients Head Office based in the heart of the city. This is an inbound sales role, (no cold calling required)
Key Accountabilities
Maximise both volume and profit of customer by effectively handling customer objections and using effective listening and questioning techniques
Promote the benefits of products (rental & reservations)
Obtain the best match those to the customers needs.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company products, services
Actively promote the brand and deliver quality customer service
Ensuring the customer needs are identified and matched to our product offering.
Embrace change and adapt positively and professionally to changes within sales, systems and products ensuring that all communication and training is fully understood.
Skills & Competencies
Computer Literate with excellent keyboard skills
Fluent Dutch/English
Understanding and appreciation of integrity and ethics within a sales environment
Clear, confident and persuasive
Demonstrates understanding of the key principals of objection handling and ‘closing the deal
Knowledge & Experience
Experience or working within a sales environment, Inbound Sales, B2B, telemarketing, etc, telesales, account manager, appointment maker
Ability of working within a call centre environment
Flexible and adaptable
Fresh outlook
Positive Personality
Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary of £12,500
On Target Earnings / OTE £40,000
(Top Inbound Sales Agents Earning over £44,000)

Rotating shift pattern every 4 weeks
Office hours 8.00am – 10.00pm
