| Customer Service Advisor with Dutch Manchester City Centre £12,500 + Bonus (Realistic Earnings £18,000)
Our Client based in Manchester is currently seeking a Full time Customer Services Assistant to join their large fun and friendly Dutch Team.
This exciting opportunity will find you involved with the processing of Spanish bookings / orders, data entry and the processing of payments.
Your varied duties will involve:
• Inputting Dutch Customer orders received by telephone, e-mail or fax.
• Input and reconciliation of payments received in respect of orders.
• Carry out routine correspondence and enquiries by telephone, fax, letter and email.
• Maintain customer and delivery address records, and other demographic details.
• Other duties and projects as assigned by the Head of Customer Services .
• The post holder may be designated Client Contact for one or more clients, as designated by the line manager.
Reporting to the Dutch Customer Services Supervisor you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Accuracy, attention to detail and good telephone manner are essential.
As the successful candidate you will speak Fluent Dutch, you will be from a customer service / administrative / sales / travel / hospitality background and will have excellent customer service skills coupled with a good level of IT literacy and excellent data entry skills.
Salary £12,500 + Bonus + Training
Rotating shift patterns every 4 weeks
Office hours 8.00am – 10.00pm
