| Dutch Speaking Customer Service Executive Manchester £16,000 - £35,000
Our client are an international online marketing company requiring Fluent Dutch & English speakers to join their Customer Service / Sales Office.
The ideal candidate should be outwardly going and have an excellent telephone manner. They are looking for intelligent bilingual candidates person, ideally, would like to progress in a growing organisation.
Qualifications and Capabilities
Telesales experience within a contact centre environment.
Excellent written and verbal Dutch & English skills
Strong customer focus and a team player
Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators in a timely manner
Personal drive and integrity, with an ability to handle rejections
Excellent Communication Skills and a real passion and vision for Sales are essential
