| Description |
The Company - Our Client: A Part-Time Financial secretary is needed to join a local business, to have a hands-on responsibility for the company administration and compliance function.
The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Dealing with the daily post • Processing new business applications and chasing for outstanding requirements • Monitoring the new business and pipeline business • Constructing new client files ensuring all compliance documents maintained • Updating Adviser Evolution with client and product information • Dealing with and making telephone calls to clients and providers • Writing and sending letters to clients and providers • Issuing policy documentation to clients
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: • Previous administration experience within the financial services industry • Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills • Ability to read and understand financial statements • Good verbal and written communication skills • Keen eye for detail
The Package – What You Could Earn: • 16 hours per week, preferably 10 – 2, 4 days a week but can be flexible for the right candidate. • Home office location • Salary negotiable for right candidate
