| Italian Telesales Representative Manchester City Centre INBOUND CALLS
Due to continued growth and expansion we are seeking a motivated and experienced telephone sales professional with strong customer focus and organisational skills to join their dynamic Italian sales team.
This position would ideally suit someone with up to 2 years experience, in either the travel industry or in a related industry.
This role will report directly to the Italian Sales Manager where you will be responsible for:
• Managing and developing sales and customer base within your set territory
• Identifying and maximising sales opportunities
• Utilising sales tools to produce reports and analysis
• Liaising with your team of external sales representatives to deliver and manage customer needs
• Managing and monitoring key accounts to ensure customer expectations and service standards are met
The Successful Applicant
• 2 - 3 years experience in an inbound / outbound telesales role
• Ability to identify cross or up-selling opportunities
• Developed negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Experience with consumer products would be an advantage
A market based salary £12,500 is offered together with a rewarding commission structure.
Realistic earnings £27,000 ££££££
Rotating shift pattern every 4 weeks
Office hours 8.00am – 10.00pm
City centre location
