| Job Title: Lettings Agent, Paid up to £40,000 per Annum Including Bonuses, Flexible Hours |
| Description |
| You will be working for a private landlord managing 55 properties located in Basildon and Southend, Essex. You must be able to drive and have access to a car on a daily basis. You will need to do viewings, debt collecting, issuing section 8s and the like. You will have the assistance of a maintenance team and a secretary.
You will have a £100 weekly expenses allowance for travel, petrol, phone bills and the like.
You must have previous experience in managing lettings and understand the laws concerned with dealing with tenants. You must be willing to work days, nights or even weekends to deal with viewings or rent collecting. You must be willing to work as part of a team.
