The attributes that we look for in our Recruitment Consultants are enthusiasm, honesty, integrity, service oriented and hardworking. The sales part of the job requires tenacity, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the acumen to identify and pursue new business opportunities. A minimum 2:1 Honours Degree is required.
Through excellent training, the support of your Manager and the existing Recruitment Consultants, and most importantly your efforts, you will have the opportunity of earning significant amounts. Our top Recruitment Consultants earn 6 figures per annum.
