This successful company based in Essex requires an experienced Service Advisor to work within their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fantastic company and earn an excellent salary.
Your duties will include:
• Greeting and meeting customers
• Gaining authority for additional work that needs carrying out
• Booking vehicles in and advising on the time taken for repairs
• Ensuring all deadlines and targets are achieved
• Taking customer payments
• Dealing with any queries and complaints
• Raising job cards
• Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, motor trade experience and knowledge of the Kerridge system.
