About the company PH Media Group is an expanding agency who offer New Media, Audio and Radio services and is currently the UK’s largest provider of On-Hold Marketing, website audio, music on hold and business voicemail. PH Media Group requires an experienced Media Sales Executive to join their thriving telesales department and help drive forward ambitious growth plans. £16k / OTE £35k – Top earners achieving in excess of £40k p/a Part of what makes PH Audio as successful as it is, are the highly motivated people who work here and their enthusiasm for audio branding solutions. We recruit individuals whose honesty, integrity, initiative and creative approach to problem solving shines through. We are looking for people who want a career- not just another telesales role; we therefore offer great prospects and the opportunity to progress into other business areas. The role • Cold-calling prospective B2B clients ranging from small enterprises to blue chip organisations • Booking appointments for UK-wide Business Development Managers. • Reaching and managing realistic weekly-set individual targets set by the Sales Manager • Arranging the Business Development Managers’ diaries, ensuring appointments are made in the same postcode for one particular day. • Following up appointments and re-appointing where necessary Your skills • Experience in either Telesales (inbound or outbound) or Telephone based Customer Services • Articulate and friendly telephone manner • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet and exceed set realistic targets • Very confident and self motivated. • Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
