| Job Title: Contracts Manager - Specialist Joinery |

Our client who is a very well established specialist joinery company is currently recruiting a Contracts Manager.
The company has an excellent reputation and specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of high quality joinery predominantly for the London construction market.
The company is based in Kent and the role will be split between the company’s head office and overseeing multiple projects in the London area.
They work on behalf of well known main contractors in a variety of sectors including commercial fit outs, luxury hotels, high end residential and restaurants.
As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the management of up to 10 contracts at a time valued between £5,000 and £500,000.
The role will involve planning, organising and controlling all Supply and Fit Contract activities, ensuring their profitable completion within budget, in accordance with the contract programme and to the necessary specification and quality.
Candidates must be able to meet the following criteria in order to be considered:
• Proven experience working as a Contracts Manager / Projects Manager for a recognised name within the specialist joinery industry.
• Excellent client facing / account management skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Joinery trade background.
• Preferably based in the Kent area so you can easily commute between the head office and projects in London.
• Computer literate.
The company is offering a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience plus benefits including BUPA and pension.
