Our client who is a leading specialist joinery and interior fit out contractor is recruiting a Joinery Setter Out / Design Draughtsman for a 6 month freelance contract to be based from their head office in Bedfordshire.
The company specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of high quality specialist joinery for large projects in the construction industry.
The role of the Joinery Setter Out / Design Draughtsman will be to produce joinery design and setting out drawings using AutoCAD in a fast paced work environment.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
• Proven design experience working for a joinery / interior fit out company.
• Joinery trade background preferred.
• Strong ability in the use of AutoCAD.
• Able to produce high quality, accurate drawings in a fast paced environment.
• Able to commute to the company’s office in Bedfordshire.
The rate for this contract will be an equivalent salary of between £35,000 - £40,000 per year.
Although the initial contract period is for 6 months there is a very good chance this will be extended.
