| Description |
Located in Glossop, Derbyshire, you will be required to manage a range of counter services and deal with customer transactions and requests promptly and effectively. Responsible for providing all customers with a great customer experience when they visit the branch by engaging them in conversation and displaying a genuine interest in their needs. You will need to identify opportunities for new business during customer interactions and encourage customers to book follow-on appointments. You must have Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at Grade C or above. Previous Retail/Customer Facing experience is essential as is experience of working towards targeted sales. Cash Handling experience would be beneficial. Candidates with CCJs or payment defaults will not be considered.
