Our client who is a major UK house building company is recruiting a Site Manager on a permanent basis to oversee a new project in Kent.
The scheme involves the construction of approximately 50 houses and apartments, using both Timber Frame and Traditional methods of construction.
The company is looking to recruit a Site Manager with proven experience of working for a volume quality driven house building company, to oversee the project from initial stages to completion.
Candidates must have experience of overseeing both Timber Frame and Traditional Build housing developments.
Good ongoing career prospects are available to the successful Site Manager.
The company is offering a salary up to £42,000 plus car allowance, private healthcare and company pension scheme.
