| Job Title: ICT Manager |

| Our client is a leading organisation based in the West End of London. They are looking for an IT Manager to run a help desk team offering 1st, 2nd & 3rd Line Support to over 300 users across 9 sites in the UK. The end users are high billers who operate to tight deadlines. You will have previous experience of running a helpdesk which operates shifts. This is a busy IT department with over a 100 telephone calls per day of which 75% are resolved with first contact. The successful candidate must have:
IT related degree
Minimum of 4 years equivalent work experience
Experience administering and troubleshooting desktop and server operating systems, including Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP Professional
Citrix Presentation Server and / or Citrix Access Gateway
VMWare vSphere experience
Microsoft Exchange 2000 / 2003 / 2007 experience
Extensive application support experience with the Microsoft Office suite
Planning and prioritising skills, in order to schedule work and ensure its timely completion, taking into account conflicting deadlines
A degree of flexibility, in order to move from one task to another without a loss in productivity
Strong drive for results in order to maintain momentum and complete the task
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
Keen attention to detail and a customer service orientation
Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Desirable
Previous experience of working in a professional services environment
Exposure to Symantec Enterprise Vault
Exposure to Commvault backup suite
ITIL Foundation certificate
