Commercial Account Handler
Location: Bristol
Salary: £20,000 - £26,000
Due to success and organic growth our client has experienced, we are currently seeking a Commercial Account Handlers to strengthen their already successful office. The purpose of the position will be to deliver a professional and effective service to clients ensuring new business is attained and existing is successfully retained.
Responsibilities:
Provide Account Executives with the support of their accounts
Deal with New Business, Renewals and Mid Term Adjustments
Provide assistance with all administrative details
To deliver exceptional customer service
The management of customer accounts
To maintain high standards of administration and servicing of clients
Skills:
Commercial Account Handling experience
Good Communication Skills
Experience and knowledge of the Commercial Insurance Industry
Computer literate and knowledge of computerised broking systems desirable
Qualified or studying towards the Dip CII would be beneficial
