| Job Title: Dental Practice Manager |

We are looking to source an experienced Practice Manager for our client based in the Reading Area.
The practice is predominately private, although does still see children on the NHS. They are currently undergoing a period of expansion and are looking for someone with strong entrepreneurial and people management skills to come in with a passion for success to drive the practice forward.
They want someone with ideas who similarly also has the skill set to carry the ideas through to completion. You should have a broad range of skills from Marketing to Finance to HR.
However, experience isn't everything as the recruitment process will be largely led by ensuring the practice recruits the right personality to take them forward.
