Service Advisor
Our client, an Automotive Main Car Dealership are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy team.
The successful applicant will need to have experience of working to deadlines and targets, have excellent customer skills at all times and be able to keep on top of your workload.
Your main duties will be:
Booking cars into the workshop
Liaising with customers and colleagues.
Invoicing job cards both external and internal.
Loading workshop bookings.
Liaising with the warranty department and sending out letters to customers advising of warranty work needing to be carried out.
Be on hand to answer questions from customers in a professional manner.
Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8am -6pm with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience but starting salary of £17,000 plus bonus.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS A CAR DEALERSHIP IS ESSENTIAL
