Our Client states an excellent opportunity has arisen to assist in the management of their high profile sales office in Guildford. The branch currently enjoys a market leading position and are seeking a high calibre individual who can grow market share whilst maintaining a strong personal sales performance.
The successful candidate will be expected to take an active role in managing a team of up to three sales staff so you will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team.
You should have excellent sales skills, a full understanding of sales progression and exceptional listing skills. You will also be required to manage your personal sales targets and those of your team to achieve maximum potential.
This dynamic role would suit an existing assistant manager or senior negotiator who is looking to further develop their career within a progressive environment.
