Personal Injury
Location: Bristol
Salary: £22,000 - £34,000
The successful candidate might be a Solicitor, or a Legal Executive, or a Lawyer with at least 2 years experience and will be responsible for running their own caseload of low value motor personal injury claims as well as assisting senior Solicitors by attending Court, compiling documents etc. You will be managing your own caseload of fast track litigated and pre-litigated cases so previous experience of litigation is essential.
Applicants must have prior experience of Motor Personal Injury and experience of EL/PL and Industrial Disease is desirable.
This is a new position, reporting to a senior solicitor. An aptitude for team work and excellent IT and analytical skills are essential for this role. An ability to work under pressure, keep to deadlines and be able to prioritise your own caseload is also essential. Applicants must be confident and outgoing and able to conduct telephone CMCs and build relationships with clients.
