Job Title: Car Sales Executive - Motor Trade Job
Description
Our client, a new and used car retailer, is looking to recruit a Car Sales Executive.
As a salesperson you will assist prospective customers to purchase the best possible vehicle on the premises which best fits the customer’s financial and operational constraints, paying due attention to the company’s legal and moral responsibilities. With tight performance criteria to meet, you’ll be expected to learn and utilise all company sales procedures, and use these to deliver to a consistently high performance.

You will achieve personal volume targets as set by the Sales Manager on a monthly basis, you will inform the Sales Manager of all showroom customer contacts and when it happens, and will meet and greet customers in a prompt and professional manner. You will also: accurately appraise, where appropriate, the customer’s part exchange vehicles and obtain an asking price; overtly qualify, in a professional and friendly manner, the customer’s financial and operational constraints; liaise and take instruction from the Sales Manager with regards to the selection of a vehicle for demonstration taking into account the customer’s financial and operational constraints.

You will maintain a professional attitude towards customers and other members of staff throughout the group; ensure a high standard of vehicle display and presentation at all times; and maintain a high standard of cleanliness of all showroom areas, vehicle display and customer areas. You will also fully understand all company schemes and offers of advertisement on a daily basis; fully understand all company policies and procedures relevant to your position; fully understand the contents of your company handbook; and react to customer concerns and complaints immediately and in time with company policy and give all details to management
