Our client is a leading company in the IT & Telecoms sector. They are looking for High flyer's who are looking to be fast tracked into the upper echelons of a major company. They are looking for experienced managers who have post graduate or professional business qualifications who have a proven record of achievement. This will be a 3 year process where you are exposed to various areas of the business and often working in stretching conditions. the successful applicants will have:
• Have a 1st or 2:1, or a 2:2 and a supplementary MSc/ MBA or equivalent
• Be able to demonstrate high levels of achievement in your career to date
• Be able and willing to work away from home for extended periods in the UK and, potentially, internationally
• Be totally committed to progressing into a leadership role
• Be seeking, and ready for, an accelerated programme to develop your skills
