Personal Injury Claims Handler
Location: Bristol
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
As a Personal Injury Claims Handler for a Legal 500 Practice you will be working a quality caseload consisting of Personal Injury Litigated claims. Your role is to act on behalf of the claimant dealing with RTA, EL and PL claims from cradle to grave.
The practice is a market leader in handling Personal Injury Claims with a central Bristol location.
Responsibilities:
Deal with litigated claims all the way to a final hearing
Meet time recording and billing targets
Running a caseload from inception through to completion with a delegated authority to settle claims
Effectively manage a caseload efficiently
Maintain constant contact with all parties involved
Skills:
Experience of Personal Injury Claims within a Commercial Environment
Litigation experience would be an advantage
Good communication skills (written and telephone)
Computer Literate
