| Job Title: Senior Service Advisor -Motor Trade Job |
| Description |
Our client is looking to recruit a senior service advisor to work within their professional main car dealership based in Essex. You must have previous experience within this role or a very experienced service advisor looking for career progression. You MUST have motor trade experience to apply.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, motor trade experience and kerridge experience is an advantage.
This will be a very busy position with lots of variety your duties will include
•Greeting and meeting customers
•Organising the service reception staff
•Advising and assisting service advisor’s
•Gaining authority for additional work that needs carrying out
•Booking in vehicles and advising on the time taken for repairs
•Taking customer payments
•Arrange collection and delivery of vehicles
•Being responsible for ensuring targets are carried out and all deadlines are being •Met whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
•liaising with customers and advising on progress
•dealing with complaints and queries
•Opening and closing job cards
•Raising cash invoices
•Arranging courtesy vehicles for customer
