Multinational Service Manager Location: Chelmsford Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
To be responsible for managing overall contract service delivery with specific Multinational Account responsibilities. The job involves providing expert support, coaching and instruction in technical areas to team members. Working with the team, this role is responsible for ensuring individuals have the appropriate level of technical knowledge and that gaps in knowledge are filled using appropriate solutions. The role involves both portfolio activity and the personal handling of complex cases within the team.
General Description
Co-ordinate and support all aspects of account servicing from Account creation to claims and cash management Set, track and manage servicing costs Manage team of Case Handlers to ensure day-to-day service delivery and provide training and advice Provide escalation point for service delivery and account issues Price ad hoc services in conjunction with Network Lead Work closely with Underwriters and Brokers and provide a senior single point of contact for a client account Assist with Market Analysis Manage central payments Support regional servicing
Skills Strong operational and service background, with hands on experience of running teams to tight service levels in complex environments Insurance background preferably in an underwriting environment with Multinational insurance experience Experienced at working at senior level – with gravitas and excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership skills with a track record of working at C-level Experience of working in a global business with diverse cultural and business
