| Description |
Due to rapid expansion my client is looking to recruit an HR Assistant.
Reporting into the HR Advisor, the main duties and responsibilites of the role will be:
Maintaining accurate HR Records and database for all employees Recruitment and selection i.e. placing recruitment adverts, administration of application forms, shortlisiting candidates, arranging interviews and interview schedules, and sending out recruitment correspndence Administration of contracts of employment for new employees Liaising with Line Management to record all sickness and holiday leave Producing quarterly sickness analysis reports for Managers Keep training records up to date and the administration of evaluation of training courses. Organising medicals for new starts and staff on sick leave. Management of HR filing. Liaising with the HR Advisor and HR Manager and offering support & advice to all levels of management on employment issues.
Essential Criteria: 2 years HR experience Previous experience liaising with Senior Managament Levels Excellent computer literacy Excellent computer skills. |
